Provisioning & Delivery

We work with a trusted yacht provisioner who coordinates directly with our vendors, collects your order, and delivers it to Kelpie at anchor via water taxi. 

A $350 provisioning fee applies for this seamless, concierge-style service.

Your menu selection includes provisioning from one preferred source.

To combine offerings from multiple menus, or require an additional provisioning stop, a supplemental fee of $50 per added location will apply to ensure seamless sourcing and presentation.

Onboard Service & Amenities 

Kelpie is stocked with vintage-inspired serving ware, linen napkins, flatware, and fresh bar fruit. 

Our new courtesies includes uniformed servers to ensure every detail is handled with care and classic charm.

Beverage Guidance

We don’t offer a set drink list, but we’ll guide you on what to order based on your guest count, budget or preferences. 

Think Sancerre, rosé, tequila and Montauk Summer Ale for a classic mix. If you’d like us to coordinate alcohol pickup, just note it may involve an additional fee due to separate handling and delivery coordination.

Weather & Catering

Just in case the weather doesn’t cooperate, we want you to know you’re in good hands. 

Our vendors understand how unpredictable coastal forecasts can be. They work closely with us, often down to the final call, to time orders accordingly. If a cancellation becomes necessary after food has been prepared, your catering will be delivered to your East End home, all included in the provisioning fee.
